These are immigration records of relatives and near relatives on paternal grandmother's line (Maryanna Wisniewski) who came from Budy Garlinskie, Poland. Other villages and towns nearby are: Debsk (Dembsk), Niemyje, Zalesie, Mlawa, Grudusk. Direct relatives are Ropelewski's and Dudzinski's.
Working with immigration records can be very frustrating because of transcription errors in the data. Surnames, given names, town names all are often misspelled (at least with Polish ones). Notice the misspellings in this table: Wisniewski, Ropelewski, and especially Budy Garlinskie. The clerks look like they were in a great hurry and had little knowledge of Polish. Other reading problems arise from the handwriting, some clean and clear and others are very poor scriblings.
